Born and raised in Madrid, Carlos has always enjoyed meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and embracing new challenges. Before settling on the Costa del Sol in 2017, he lived in Cádiz, Malta, Holland, and England, experiences that helped shape his open-minded personality and easy ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
After previously working in real estate, returning to the industry felt like a natural move and a good way to combine his interest in property with his knowledge of the coast and the local lifestyle. Before that, he worked across hospitality, sales, customer service, and education, developing a calm and people-focused approach that still shapes the way he works today.
Carlos specialises in the eastern Costa del Sol, covering areas from Benalmádena through to East Marbella, and believes the property process should feel straightforward, honest, and relaxed. He enjoys helping people get a genuine feel for the different areas along the coast and understanding what might suit them best, both in terms of property and lifestyle.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, he enjoys meeting clients from different countries and helping them settle into life on the Costa del Sol. Having lived here for many years himself, he understands both the exciting side of moving to Spain and the practical realities that come with it.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys sports, swimming, music, good food, and making the most of the Costa del Sol lifestyle with his family and his two cats. Naturally social and outgoing, he loves singing, playing the guitar, and good conversation. He is also an enthusiastic, although very amateur, golfer, with a slight weakness for good meat and red wine.
What he enjoys most about working at Target Property Spain is the team environment, the mix of people he meets through the job, and being part of a company with a strong reputation on the coast.
