I’m Keith, founder of Target Property Spain. I’ve been living and working on the Costa del Sol for many years, and my experience of helping international clients buy and sell property here goes back to 2007. That experience has given me a good understanding of what makes buying or selling in Spain exciting, as well as the things that can make it more complicated than expected.

I saw a gap for a real estate service that doesn’t rely on the hard sell. Instead, we focus on understanding your needs, guiding you patiently, and helping you make confident decisions at your own pace.

Our team combines local knowledge with international experience, helping clients navigate the Costa del Sol property market with straightforward advice and personal service. We’re proud members of GIPE, and our particular expertise is Mijas Costa, including La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda, Riviera del Sol, Miraflores and El Chaparral, as well as the wider Costa del Sol.
