Leo studied film in London, where he developed a strong foundation in visual storytelling—skills he now puts to use as Social Media Manager and Content Creator (usually with a camera in hand and several ideas happening at once).
His role focuses on creating clear, engaging social media content that helps inform clients, answer real questions, and show the company as it actually is—not just the highlight reel. From video and strategy to day-to-day content, his aim is to make social media useful, honest, and easy to understand (while still looking good).
What Leo enjoys most is turning everyday moments and complex topics into content that connects with people and supports the wider team. Collaboration is key, and he works closely with colleagues to keep the company’s voice consistent, recognisable, and human.
Outside of work, Leo enjoys travelling, developing film projects, and experimenting with new formats—always in the name of “research,” of course.
